Our Content
Text, tool code, graphics and page designs on PC Check Lab belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may link to any page freely, but copying our tools or articles in full without permission breaks our Terms of Use.
How to Submit a Copyright Notice
If you believe material on our site infringes your copyright, please email your notice to contact@gamepadtesters.com or send it through our contact page with every detail listed below.
- Your full name, postal address, phone number and email address for our reply.
- Clear description of each copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- Exact URL on our site where that material appears.
- Statement that you believe in good faith this use is not authorised by you, your agent or law.
- Statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the copyright or may act for its owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature, such as your typed full legal name.
Notices missing any of these details take longer to process, because we need each one to find that material and confirm your rights.
What Happens Next
Once we receive a complete notice, we review it and remove or disable access to that material when your claim is valid. We may also contact whoever provided that material and share your notice with them.
Counter-Notices
If your content was removed and you believe that removal was a mistake, you can email your counter-notice to contact@gamepadtesters.com. Include your contact details, removed material and its former URL, plus a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake. We may restore removed material unless the original claimant tells us they have started legal action.
Repeat Infringement
We will remove access for anyone who repeatedly posts infringing material wherever our site allows user submissions. False or abusive notices may also carry legal consequences, so please make sure every claim is accurate before sending it.
